The directory is new and building its audience. Listings do not include guaranteed impressions, inquiries, search rankings, sales, contracts or department endorsement. Departments and readers use the directory free.
How the founding package works
- Request a review. Tell us what your business supplies and where it serves Michigan.
- Confirm your package. If it fits, we provide a profile preview and written package details. You decide whether to purchase; only an agreed order is invoiced.
- Publish your profile. The 12-month paid term starts when the profile is published after payment and receipt of usable materials.
- Publish your spotlight. One sponsored article is included, scheduled within 30 days of receiving payment and approved materials.
There is no automatic renewal. Any renewal price is provided before you choose to renew. Multiple sponsored profiles share the paid section in alphabetical order; no exclusive placement is included. We will not invoice you simply because you submitted a request.
What if the profile cannot be published?
No payment is requested before review and written package confirmation. If an accepted, paid package cannot be delivered, the unused package will be refunded. Cancellation and fulfillment details are supplied with the written offer before payment.
Does a listing mean Hub911 endorses a supplier?
No. Basic entries are informational. Sponsored identifies paid advertising, not a quality certification. Buyers should confirm licenses, qualifications, availability, references and purchasing requirements directly.
Are departments or grant updates charged?
No. This supplier advertising package is separate from free department listings and the free Hub911 grants newsletter. Suppliers do not purchase access to subscriber email addresses.
