The grants email list

When you submit our signup form and check the consent box, we request email confirmation for the free twice-monthly Hub911 Grants & Funding Brief. Your subscription is confirmed only after you click the confirmation link emailed to you. We record your email address, subscription status, signup and confirmation details, form source and consent information.

We use MailerLite to manage the grants email list and deliver confirmation, welcome and newsletter messages. MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf. Authorized Hub911 administrators and service providers may access information as needed to operate, secure and support the service. We use subscriptions to deliver grant updates and administer the list. Future editions may contain clearly labeled sponsorships. We do not sell subscriber addresses or give advertisers our email list. We do not add directory contacts to the list without their consent.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter, manage preferences through your subscription links, or contact us at the address above. We retain subscriber information while it is needed to operate the list. After an unsubscribe, we may retain a suppression record to honor your choice. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

Technical information and cookies

The signup and email delivery services process technical information, including IP addresses and browser details, to operate the service, prevent abuse and support delivery. Email messages may use tracking technologies to record opens and link interactions; these measurements can be affected by email privacy features. MailerLite may use cookies or similar technologies for its services, as described in its privacy policy. Our hosting service may separately process server logs, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit to understand website visits, popular content, directory searches, scrolling, downloads and clicks to external resources. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as pages visited, browser and device details, referral sources and approximate location. Search Console and PageSpeed Insights help us monitor search visibility and website performance.

We do not intentionally send newsletter email addresses or other directly identifying subscriber information to Google Analytics. Email-address redaction and selected URL-parameter redaction are enabled to reduce accidental collection. You can manage or block cookies in your browser. Directory, links and content

Directory records contain publicly available organizational details and source links. If you send us a listing, story or correction by email, we use that information to respond and maintain the directory. Do not send sensitive emergency or medical information. Hub911 does not dispatch emergency services.

External websites and externally hosted images may process information under their own privacy policies when loaded or visited. Archived interviews retain their original context. Contact us about inaccurate personal information or a removal request.
